Yeah you're right it does sound like battle music. Usualy in battle music use heavy drum sounds not kiddy technoish sounds.

What I can say about this is it sounds different from any other battle theme I have ever heard.

It sounds like the climactic scene of a movie simmilar to what happens in the Halo series. Where the survivors while knowing they are safe and how long it'll take them to get to the nearest inhabited planet. come by a totaly beautiful sight.

Sounding good and ending up evil...hmmm your song's description sounds kinda like one of Metallica's songs called One starts out calm but ends out very angry and loud.

On to the review.

Sounds like a theme for a futuristic car chase (with flashbacks in between).

I don't know how I do that though where I can instantly imagine up a setting for the song.

In my mind when I think of the setting of this song it sounds like a futuristic world where people in gundam like suits dance for a planet's entertainment in the night skies. Like a intergalactic traveling disco carnaval.
